fuel injector? 700 1987

Lately my volvo has been dying at intersections or when driving. The problem is very unpredictable, it doesn't happen everyday or even every week. In order to get the car to start again I just twist the four fuel injectors. This is only a temporary fix. Does anyone have a suggestion for fixing the problem permanently?
