Fuel Pressure/Starting Problems 700 1988

What is the correct fuel pressure for a 1988 740 Turbo, also I replaced the fuel filter on my Volvo and gave it a complete tune-up. In the past when waking up in the morning and starting the car and putting it in gear real fast the car would stumble and shut-off, now with a tune-up and a new fuel filter the car shuts off more often! Why? Is my idle air control valve going (Fuel pressure banjo fittings seam to be evenly lined up).
