Deciphering strange vacuum leak 700 91

I've got a vacuum leak that rears its ugly head after the car's been idling for more than a minute. If I just get going, it shows up on and off. But after sitting in traffic, its always there. I just replaced the turbo/ Intercooler hoses. I cleaned the pcv. What am I missing here? Its going to the mechanic next monday, but I'd like to fix it before then and I've got all weekend to do it (will probably save me a hundred bucks).

Could it be my wastegate actuator pump (I said this correctly, right?)?

What else?

Throw me as many bones as you can and I'll check them all.

Thanks a million.
