Hi fellows !

I have seen fuel injectors with different colors.

Some are all black , some green , some yellow.

I could not figure out , what is the difference.

Are they different for NA and turbo models or

does the color change over the years or

from different manufacturer?

Is there a meaning of this color code

e.g. pressure range ?

Most important : Are they interchangable ?

Can I use green injectors on my NA 745

which has now black ones ?

I plan to get injectors from the junkyard

and clean them first then replace it in my car.

I have only one car, therefore I want to reduce

the repairtime and posssible problems.
