Engine Swap/Harness 200 1988

I'm about to do an engine swap on 1988 240 sedan. Is there a way to remove the engine with its harness? Where do I diconnect the harnes? What do I have to look for as far as the harness for the injectors, Any advice on this litle job would be very much appreciated.
