Volvo 740 front seat Q.. 700 1986

I decided I wanted to keep my drivers side front seat and make it into a chair. Questions are, would anyone here outline how to take it out, what tools do I need and is it hard?

It's from an '86 Volvo 740, leather, heated (and of course I'm not expecting it to heat up when I take it out of the car, just mentioned it because I'm not sure if it would complicate its removal).
