Engine wiring harness replacement 200 83T

I just can't let a day go by without a "how can I do this cheap?" question. :)

How much should an engine wiring harness cost, and where can I find one? Can I do this myself, or is this something that is pretty easy to screw up and best left to a reputable shop? (Not the place that tried to tell me that I needed metric air in my tires because my car is European)

Stay tuned. The saga of the engine mounts is tentatively scheduled for the end of the week, UPS willing.
