Water Pump / Wiper Motor Rebuild 200 88

Today was perfect. I set out to replace the Water Pump (my first time) and it went very smoothly. In just over two hours, at a mature pace, I had the job done and tools put away. This was made possible by this site and a Haynes.

The Wiper Motor

Can I do anything to pick up the pace here? Is the motor serviceable? Can it be lubricated? Cleaned? I don't want to pay $94 if I can solve it with grease and steel wool!
