o/d clicking off with stick movement?? 200 1985

O/D will click on holding stick to the right in 4th gear, if the stick moves to the left at all the o/d clicks off. I've checked all the wires and nothing is chafed or broken any where. Where is the swith located that turns the o/d off when you shift out of 4th gear. This is all i can think of that the problem might be but have no idea where that sucker is. Any and all help appreciated...... TIA Tom 240aholic
