Where to find a posi?

Does anyone know where I can find a factory posi/antislip?

Or an aftermarket system that won't ruin the speedo setup in the diff?

I'm from Edmonton/Albert, I have an 1983 760 GLE (with a smallblock)The

rearend is an 3.54 ratio Dana 30.
