Acceleration Hesitation 700 1990

I'm experiencing an ever-so-slight hesitation while accelerating from a stop. I've recently had the idle box replaced, but the hesitation came about several months after this repair. My wife reports that it has stalled a couple times when the engine was hot. Never happened to me yet, wouldn't you know....It runs like a top otherwise. Can anyone give me a place to start looking?
