Power for Cruise Control Unit - Fuse #12 900 1991

Hello again brickowners,

Few months ago I posted a question on cruise control diagram and I would like to thank again John Hibbert, Ian (Hibbert's good neighbour) and John Sargent as well as others for their effort of sending me the diagrams and helping me with my queries. As they already know, my Volvo 940GLE 16 valve 1991 is not pre-wired for cruise. So I am fiddling again with my car. My parts came from a dealer in US and the cruise unit has 14 pins.

I managed to somehow study the wiring diagram and in about a couple of weeks from now, I am going to make the wire connections, that is if I could find and buy all the necessary sockets/connectors first. Being very particular (actually fussy), I would like to use the exact colour wires and do the exact wiring as per the diagram (as possible it can be done).

However I need clarification on this:-

a) The diagram says socket #2 wire (Blue-Red) from the On/Off/Set/Resume switch is supposed to be connected to fuse #12 for power supply. There is also a Blue-Orange wire from the same #2 going to pin #11 of the Cruise unit via C2 (bulk connector - at hole #45). Where is the most easiest point to tap the power supply from fuse #12 for the use of #2 wire? I tried to gain access to the fuse box but it seems quite difficult unless I remove the side dash panel and the radio unit (I think). I don't know how to dismantle the side penal.

Once I find out where to tap for power supply from fuse #12, I am on my way to do the wiring connection.

Thank you for your help and comments :)
