Rebuilding a Turbo 700 89

My 760 Volvo wagon needs a turbo replacement. What's the best thing to do?

We found an article on the net about how to rebuild the turbo with a rebuild kit, but we can't find it now that we need it. Can anyone help us out? We are residents of the rural Middle Peninsula of VA. I'm a school teacher and my husband has a golf cart business. I love my Volvo, but I bought it used and there have been so many problems! Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
