Engine to cat pipe 200 1992

Hello all, thanks again in advance for the help I'm sure I receive here on the board.

I have a hole in my Header pipe, th epipe from the exaust manifold to the cat. It is whare the two pipes come together into one, So I have really decided against welding it, as I don't think it will hold.

Any tips on where to find one resonable priced? I just bought the cat back system, ad now I need the header pipe, should I just replace the cat while I'm at it?
