Squeeling brakes 700 89

This is starting to get annoying!!! my brakes are bugging the hell out of me! I just installed some new brake pads 3 weeks back and they were fine for the first week, then they started to squeek loud! Ive used the spray stuff on the back of the brake pad to dampen the backs to keep them from squeeling, but that hasnt worked. Ive also cleaned the calipers. Any ideas and tricks to keep them from squeeling?
