Any Advice on Used 940? 900

I currently own a 1986 240GL and considering changing to a newer model. My budget will just be enough for a 1994/95 940. I appreciate any advice on things to look for when buying 2nd hand 940 particularly the problem areas that you have encountered. Many thanks.
