wierd fuel problems 700 85

hey any help would be appreciated.

I just bought an 85 760 turbo wagon that needs a little TLC. so I did some stuff to it, but just doesn't seem right. I replaced the distributor cap and rotor, plug wires, fuel pump, fuel folter, fuel pump relay, fuel pressure regulator, and a bunch of vacuum hoses. now it acts like it is out of gas and chugs down the road. the wierd thing is that it doesn't seem to run any better on a full tank than it does on 3/4 or 1/2 tank. every one out of four or five days it runs really well, except when the turbo engages, then it seems the engine wants to kill then too. any thoughts?
