Change out rear axle fluid 900 1993

Hey guys...I have a 95 945 with 60 k on it...Havent changed out rear axle fluid...Whats best way to do it????Remove with big suction type syringe????Refill with synthetic???And if so..which type.. If refill with synthetic ,,is this compatible with the residual nonsynthetic fluid which remains in the axle???thanks again guys..JOHN
