Brake drum help 200 1986

Help !!!!!! I am trying to replace studs in wheel that were damage in wheel change out . I have tried eveything to remove disk/hub assembly but it won't come off. I welcome any suggestions. I am using a hanes manuel which may be leaving out some steps.
