You know the dealers hurting when 700 1987

I get a call from a salesman at my Volvo dealer wanting

me to trade in my work car. It seems that he was back in the service area on Friday and saw my car which was in for an oil change.

I said to him do realize which car your talking about he said yes the 87 wagon. I said do you know the mileage on this car. He said yes but it was in excellent shape and they were interested in it as a trade in. Folks my 1987 Volvo 745 Turbo has 232,000 miles on it. Yes it has been completely gone over and is in mint condition. But come on, you want a 14, going on 15 yr old car with 232,000 miles on it for a trade in. How desperate are we getting.
