Can't remove O2 sensor! 200 89

So I finally got the OE O2 sesnor. I can't remove the old one out. Used PBlaster, and heat. Somewhat stipped (just a little) off the the O2 bolt. Took it to Mineake, who were about the close. They suggested welding that part shut and making a new hole in the the CAT. A no no. Told me to come back on Monday.

Anyone got any other suggestions. I was using a box wrench, I do plan on getting a socket.
