Sagging headliner 700 91

A small section of headliner fabric in my sedan is starting to sag. The more I drive the car, the more the wind buffets the loose fabric, and the more it pulls away from the backing.

Has anybody had luck reattaching this stuff? What kind of adhesive, how applied?

Because only part of it has separated, I don't want to pull it completely off. Thus, I'd like to try spraying adhesive through a tiny hole.

Thoughts, suggestions, ideas, war stories?
