Shazam/injector half installed/emissions? 200 83

Hello again,

Well I finally found the problem.#4 injector was half in its seat,bolt half tightened,seal hanging out.Reinstalled and tightened and sure enough car revved and ran great.But how did it get that way?Probably me but car ran good until I took it to expert.

Anyway would this condition cause high hydrocarbons on emissions test?
