CAR IS COUGHING 200 88

Hi All

JUST have TWo questions.

1 My car is still sputtering/coughing after driving for a while.MY fuel pump and intank fuel pump seems to be ok.I don't think the previous owner changed the fuel filter so could this be my problem?

2 WHat about the fuel line? Any other things I could check?

Any help is appreciated.
