Which crank and rods do i have 700 88

my 760(765) turbo inter w/turbo+ (mitsu turbo) has 265,000 km (no rebuild), runs great, uses 1/2 liter of oil/500km, will need to be rebuilt eventually, the block has the "K", the #'s on the timing belt cover are 1289161 k, B230FT NR 1398, the date on the head is 24 9 87, the serial # is YV1GX8753J0018420, WHICH crank and block are in this engine?

I an assuming i have the weaker crank and rods, if i build up a later "K" short block (90 or later) will the rest of the engine components (head, manifolds etc) be a simple bolt on?
