Missing @ 1k-25k rpm 700 88

My car idles fine until warm, then starts "missing".

At speed it is liable to be a little jerky cruising under 3000 rpm.

Under acceleration it runs fine, plenty of power. Slight fuel knock going uphill hammer down.

The car has 166k miles, and so far I have replaced the timing belt, ignition wires and plugs,Dist. cap and rotor, air mass meter, O2 sensor replaced last year.Also removed/ cleaned throttle body, replaced flame trap.

Ideas?
