What synthetic ATF to use for 1990 240 ? 200 1990

We acquired a 1990 240 Wagon 9 months ago from the original owner with 210,000 miles on it. I would like to flush and replace the ATF on it, and since I am a firm believer in synthetic fluids in most cases (switched to Mobil 1 with 210k miles and no problems), I would like to know what Mobil 1 or Redline product is suitable for use in the Volvo auto transmission.

Also, is anyone using synthetic PS fluid in their Volvo? If so, which one?
