Tranny won't engage when cold 200 84

Howdy,

When I first start my car,it refuses to go into gear until it warms up for awhile. Once it is warmer,doesn't take long, it shifts fine. It is a AW 70. I have a leak, on the drivers side near the rear but its not that bad.

Is this a symptom of a dying trans? Or? Thanks guys, Ron
