Wiper Arm Drive Insert 120-130 67

While replacing the wiper arm on the 122, the insert that fits into the arm that engages the wiper shaft was lost (#@$%!).

I can't seem to find a replacement anywhere. The inserts that came with the replacement NAPA arms aren't the right size but the arm is fine.

Any thoughts on where to get a replacement insert or arm with proper insert?
