Stalls While Driving 700 1988

Twice this week, while driving on the highway (65 MPH +), my 88 Turbo Wagon would just stall out. Its not a quick dead stall -- its more slow, in which the the tack will drop from 3000 rpm' to 2000 and then stall within 10 seconds. After pulling over, it would start in a few minutes and then it runs fine.

Could this be related to the fuel pump relay or check valve?
