Can my 765T be like an XC? 700 1987

Our 765T is truly a swiss army knife like vehicle to our family. I was wondering if the suspension could be modified to something like a XC model. That means increase the ground clearance height and possibly bigger wheels and tires for some moderate off road use. We like close to mountains, farms, etc., and spend some time in areas that are a little rough for the given ground clearance and H series tires.

Interested to know if anyone has ever made this type of modification.
