Starting problems 900 91

My first message so lets hope that someone can help me.

I am having problems starting my 940 SE 9 NON TURBO.

When i turn her over i need to depress the accelerator a least twice before she fires up, without this the engine will not start.Once running there is no problem.The engine seems harder to start when hot.

Have changed the plugs, but this has not helped.
