Are 245 radiators 3 core?? 200 1981

Hey there, i am just about to take my 244 in to have the rad cleaned out (is blocked). Becuase it is so old, it may well be rotted out and not worth repairing, so in the case that i need a new one, is a 245 radiator 3 core? i seem to remember reading that it was. If so, i assume it will bolt straight in (it is a m46 if that is any diff). It gets quite warm here in summer, and a 3 core rad would just be extra insurance. Thanks.
