3-month old main pump gone bad? 200 82

Last April I replaced my Main pump & my Pre-pump(In tank).Since then I have had occasional stalling but car re-starts right away.Today I noticed the main pump was making odd noises-sort of an inside scraping.Do I need to replace it again?
