Need info on APC 700 1987

I have tried to find information on the SAAB APC retro-fit and all the links are not working. Can someone e-mail me the document, instructions or even a place where I could atually get this information, at chmer20@hotmail.com? I would be so greatful. Also, will this work for an '83 242 turbo, because my brother is going to get one of those.
