High Pitched Whine Intermittently 200 1990

Comes and goes and driving me crazy....

1990 Wagon with 273,000 miles...

Does not seem to be speed related as it doesn't increase/decrease volume with speed, but does seem to primarily do it between 30 and 50 mph. And it does get louder and softer, but not with speed. Seems to come from front, but kind of an "all over" sound, hard to tell where coming from.

Driving wife crazier than me since she drives the car now! Any ideas appreciated as always.....
