Splash Pan 200 1991

Dear Bricksters,

I need some advice on a broken splash pan - is that what that plastic cover is in the front under the engine?

I noticed that the pan has broken free of the bolts. How can I attach it again if the plastic is broken. I need to know as it is hanging and I am afraid of losing it on the highway!

Please help!
