DRIVER SEAT CUSHION Need to replace bottom cushion 200 1991

I know IPD sells the foam for around $100 bucks. Seems steep. Any other ideas? The cushion is still hard but I sometime feel the WIRES and notice some Yellow foam crumbs under the seat.

The interior materials themselves are in GREAT shape (cloth etc).
