Instrument cluster lights - illumination 200 90

Has anyone had their Instrument cluster lights go out on their car? Mine went out last night and I haven't been able to get them working yet. Did the obligatory banging on the top of the panel, thought it might be a loose connection, no luck...Checked fusebox - nope. Anybody have any thoughts on what else to check? Thanks!
