Flickering Ignition Lights 700 1988

My ignition lights flicker (battery, oil, brake, park). This happened for about a week before the car died. Until then, did not have any problems starting. I jumped the car with no problem but all the lights were dim. Charged the batter for about an hour and everything was back to normal (except for the flicker). Alternator, voltage regulator, other??? Thanks
