Brake rotor replacement 200 90

I'm going to put new rotors and brake pads on the front and rear this weekend. Is it possible to remove the rotors without disconnecting the calipers from the brake lines? My manual states that this "may" be possible. I am aware of the importance of not getting kinks in the metal brake lines.
