Changing brakes on '85 240 DL 200 1985

Hello, I am a proud owner of an '85 Volvo 240 DL (non-turbo). Got an estimate for $750 on a full brake job - 4 rotors/pads. Right now, the pads are down to about 10% and I just replaced the brake master cylinder.

Would like to save money and do the rotors/pads myself - what is required parts wise or hardware kit wise? Also, is going OEM the best choice when it comes to brakes or should I get Brembo/Metal Master pads while I'm at it?

Emails to Thank you!
