Need help! Fuses keep on burning 200 1990

Hi, folks:

I got a funny trouble. 3 days ago, when I were driving my 90' 240, I can't pull the windows down. After I stopped, I found out that the fuse for powered windows was burnt. It was a white one, 8A. Fortunately, I have 4 new fuses in my car, so I replaced it with a new one. However, yesterday, the fuses were burnt twice. So, what's the problem? Has anyone experienced the same problem? Need you help!
