Occasionally the oil pressure gauge (5 bar, stock) on my '85 245 Turbo pegs. Sometimes it slams over so hard I can hear it clicking when the needle or otherwise contacts the stop in the gauge. It seems to happen more often when the engine is warm, and always at idle. If I give it a little gas (~1000 RPM) it returns to around 3bar, where it normally is when warm. After letting off the gas the needle returns to the maximum, sometimes it bounces. The car has 218k miles on the original engine, which is in quite good shape. Any thoughts? Thanks.
