Sunroof Seal 200 1983

I own a 1983 242 turbo that is in desperate need of a new sunroof seal and the actual mechanical components used to open the sunroof. The good news is that I recently picked up a donor 244 from the same year with a perfectly good sunroof and seal. My question is, what is the best way to take parts from my donor car and replace the ones in my now-roadworthy 242?

Assuming that I could not save the seal from the 244 I ordered a seal directly from the Volvo dealer (which they claim is the only seal available for 1983). The problem with this is that it is way too short to cover the entire sunroof and it looks nothing like the damaged one it already has on it. Can anyone tell me the part numbers I need to re-seal my roof?
