Is this a vacuum leak? 700 88Ti

I have a 740 Ti wagon. After fixing a blown heater control valve (which is probably coincidental to this problem) the car was noticeably down on power, and the trans would hang on to gears much longer during slow to moderate acceleration. The boost guage indicates that the turbo is blowing, but it just doesn't accelerate properly.

Any ideas on what I should check next?

Jim
