Heat 700 86

My 760 turbo wagon has the automatic climate control system and only

blows at a very weak level no matter what setting the controls are

set at. Very difficult to defrost the windows at such a level. The

temp setting dial works to change the temp of what does blow thru

the system. I have jumped a hot wire to the fan motor and it will

blow at max speed then. Does this mean I need a new automatic climate

control programer?
