Car won't start... 200 1984

Hello,

My car won't start! It cut off one night all of a sudden; it sputtered and wouldn't rev, as if it was out of gas, but the tank was half-full. Then it stalled, and hasn't started since. So I checked, and fuel is definitely getting to the injectors, and we checked the ECU. The injectors are getting current. The only problem we found in testing the cables to the ECU is that the throttle switch doesn't show the proper continuity.

So what's wrong with my car? How can I repair this?
