Clock and Turn Signal Relay 200 1985

I have a great clock on my 240 dl in the dash and I can not get it run. The fuses are all great so what can it be. Is there any particular wire to chase down??

When I turn on the directionals my car wants to short out. The dashboard troublelights up and there is a buzzing sound under the dash. I was told that I have a shot relay switch. Is this so?

By the way ya'll helped me enormously with my alternator issues a couple of weeks ago. I replaced it with a rebuilt one. All is well. Thank YOu mUch
