trans noise 700 90

My 740 wagon runs/sounds normal until reaching normal operating temp(middle of guage) and then I can start to hear the trans when shifting (auto btw)

thru the gears. It's not necc. a bad sound or loud, but just the fact that I don't hear this in my 240 at all makes me weary and the fluid level is fine and looks good! any thoughts before I powerflush? Thanks Pete
